Securing Your Spot: We ask that every session be paid for upfront. This confirms your spot and helps us plan for your unique session with all the attention and resources it deserves.
Need to change dates?
Life happens, we get it! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your session. We’re flexible and here to work with you to find a new time that suits.
Oops! Can't make it?
If something comes up and you need to cancel less than 48 hours before your session, we’ll need to ask for a new down payment for any future bookings. It’s tough, but it helps us keep things fair for all our clients.
Our Refund Heads Up
Just a heads-up, if cancellations happen within that 48-hour window, we can’t offer a refund or transfer your payment to another session. We promise it’s not just us being sticklers – it’s to ensure fairness and keep things running smoothly.
Taking Care of Our Gear
We all want the shoot to go smoothly. If there’s an accident and our gear or props get damaged, we might have to hold onto your photo gallery until we sort out the repair or replacement costs. We’re sure it won’t come to that, but we like to be upfront about everything.
